Through 2016 we, the Telenova team, built a lot of TELCO systems for different customers, but one of them stands out significantly. We migrated the communications of Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) to Asterisk-based open source solution Free PBX. It was installed on client's cluster based server to ensure redundancy of the communication. Again, from this point of view, the bank uses 2 SIP trunk providers. The project covers all offices and branches of the client, it's call center, has specialized software for billing A2Billing and users work with various telephones series of Yealink. The system is flexible, ensure security and allow quick and uninterrupted communication, all terminals are with auto provisoning. After large installations at our customers as Generali Bulgaria,  New Bulgarian University, HomeMax and others, CCB is definitely the largest project, done by Telenova with an open source product.

We Telenova have always strived to be among the pioneers. So, a few days after the official announcement, we have a new domain in Cyrillic - Теленова.ею. This will allow customers using the company's site, not to change the input language in the browser when surfing the pages containing Bulgarian language. We also support our alphabet, which is used by many nations in Europe and Asia, and from 2007, it is one of three official alphabets in the European Union.

On 15.04.2016, in the building of the EU Representation in Bulgaria will hold the annual conference of Astel (Bulgarian TELCO Association). Telenova as a leading integrator will be represented by its manager and board member of Astel, eng. Georgi Stefanov with a lecture of "open source solutions in telecommunications". Will be presented the open sourse IP PBX  and in particular some already implemented Telenova’s projects, based on Asterisk telecommunications software. For better presentation it will be used and demonstrated for the first time in Bulgaria the latest product portfolio of Telenova called MPU (multifunctional presentation device). On 01.02.2016 Telenova successfully completed the contract with Vitaslim Ltd. – the distributor for Eastern Europe of high quality natural products for health and beauty brand Vitaslim. In the modern newly constructed office of the company in Sofia, technical specialists of Telenova done structured cabling system; supplied and installed of active equipment (servers, routers, switches and WiFi access points); configure a custom server, PC, LAN, VPN and firewall; supplied and installed a modern IP PBX with phones located also in the Romanian office of the company, where also delivered and configured active equipment.
With the successful implementation of the project Telenova solidified their reputation as a leading systems integrator for Bulgaria that implements decisions and in neighboring countries.

In early May 2015. Telenova was chosen as a telecom partner of the Tourist Company Effect 3 Ltd. Under the contract, the old telecom systems of Effect 3 were replaced by modern IP PBXs Libra of the Polish producer Platan. The renewal started with hotel Grand Victoria, Sunny Beach (300 internal post). Then replaced the systems of Hotel Maria Luisa, Sofia (50 posts) and VS Malina, Pamporovo (40 Posts). In the fusion restaurants Mariah were  installed  IP phones. All objects of the company were connected in a single network through the company VPN, which were able to make unlimited and completely free calls to each other.
As a corporate partner of Telenova and producer of telecommunication systems Libra, Effect 3 Ltd. received a great discount price and the possibility of deferred payment of the equipment supplied.
As a result of optimization and with the assistance of Telenova, Effect 3 LTD dramatically reduce telephony costs, expanded its portfolio of services and increase their quality.
