Теlenova Ltd supplied and installed the C3/Customer Contact Channels Bulgaria’s first phase telecom equipment for 50 agents.

It includes Aastra IP PBX, Аastra phone sets, Plantronic headsets and Pоlycom spider phones. The contract for the second phase was signed on 09.12.2011 and includes TELCO equipment for the next 110 agents.
