In early May 2015, Telenova engineers completed the installation of the telephone system in Hotel RIU Helios Paradise - St. Vlas.
In each block of the complex were installed five stations Aastra AXL, interconnected into a single network in the IP environment. We have delivered 48 SIP phones from our portfolio to the needs of the administration, 602 phone bath model Telematrix 3300 TRM and 725 phone base model for the rooms. The budget of the project is more than 100 000 BGN.
Installation was completed on time and all summer hotel welcomed guests without any problems with communication.

The Telenova’s engineers provided 4 days training course of the technical staff of NATO’s KFOR military base in Novo selo camp in Kosovo. The company was chosen to do the job, as it is the Aastra exclusive Bulgarian and regional partner. The training was done on the NeXspan 50, the biggest PBX from the NeXspan range, produced by Aastra France. Five engineers from different nationalities, learned a lot for the hardware (rack, power supply, main board, duplication, different type of boards) and the software and the programming of the system. A special access with different levels was provided for every engineer. Finally, all the technical staff received a certificate for the training.

This year's internship campaign in our company has finished on 09/02/2014. This time with us was Mr. Andreas Cavasse - a student second course in business schools KEDGE BS, affiliate Bordeaux, France. Within two months to Mr. Cavasse was demonstrated all the business processes in our company, from the initial contact with the client, through the deal, installation and maintenance of the installed systems. He attended several meetings with customers who spoke English language, have been introduced to Mr. Justin Canzen responsible for Bulgaria and the region in Cetis - the leader in hotel phones, which Telenova is the exclusive representative. Also  for Mr. Cavasse meetings were organized at the French Cultural Institute, the French Bulgarian Industrial Association, UB France and attended the reception given by the Hon. Mr. Xavier de Laper Cabannes, France's ambassador to Bulgaria on the occasion of National Day on the 14th of July. Naturally, combining business with pleasure and hard work than with typical Bulgarian hospitality showed to inquisitive young man some wonderful places in Bulgaria, as Krushunski waterfalls and Belogradchik. Mr. Cavasse gone full of positive impressions from Bulgaria, new useful knowledge and promises for very soon return.

At a meeting of 15.05.2014, the General Board of the members of the Association "Telecommunications" (ASTEL), the manager of Telenova,  Mr. Georgi Stefanov was elected for a third term as a member of the managing Board . Telecommunications Association is a prominent non-governmental organization and the only branch structure with established public legitimacy of companies in the telecommunications industry in Bulgaria . Its members are national fixed telecommunications operator; mobile operators; telecommunications operators providing voice , data and video ; satellite operators and Internet providers, major manufacturers and importers of telecommunications, the strongest Bulgarian enterprises in the telecommunications industry as well as basic research units preparing students for information technology and telecommunications - Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski " , Technical University of Sofia, New Bulgarian University and the College of Telecommunications and Post. Telenova company was selected by the CRC among numerous competitors for the supply and installation of IP based private automatic telephone exchange. At the agreed time (end of April 2014) the technical specialists of the company designed and put into operation Aastra based network of corporate IP PBXs between more than 220 subscribers from all offices of CRC in Bulgaria - Sofia, Varna , Bourgas, Plovdiv Veliko Tarnovo and Vratsa . Thanks to this functionality, and the direct SIP trunking connection of the system to the fixed telephone network and to mobile phone networks with GSM gates, CRC will realize significant monthly savings.
