Telenova Ltd was founded in 2003 from well educated and experienced IT and telecommunications engineers.
Our main goal is serving effective solutions to our customers building TDM, hybrid and IP TELCO systems.
The main Telenova’s activities are:
- distribution, installation and maintenance of IP PBX’s and periphery for them – soft and hard telephone sets, call/contact centers, external software, UPS’s, etc;
- distribution, installation and maintenance of GSM Gateways
- distribution, installation and maintenance of hotel telephone sets
- projecting, distribution, building and maintenance of structure cabling systems and computer networks.
Because of the experience, perfect product line, dynamic style and special approach to every customer, makes Telenova attractive for offices, companies, hotels, hospitals and everybody who needs from communications without compromises.
In June 2008 we have covered al requirements of the quality standard ISO 9001:2000 and in 2011 we have been recertified on ISO 9001:2008.
Following our striving to upgrade the quality of service we offer to our customers, Telenova Ltd applied, was approved and on 01.06.2011 signed a contract with the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) to implement a project ZMS-02-114/01.06.2011 “Information security standard ISO 27001 - confidence and success”. It will be implemented with financial support of operational program “Development of the competitiveness of the bulgarian economy” 2007-2013, co financed by the European Union through the European Fund of Regional Development and the national budget of the Republic of Bulgaria. The project has a budget of leva 215 348.05, 70% of which (149.666.00 leva) will be subsidized by European Fund of Regional Development. Besides consulting and certification ISO 27001 - Information Security, the project includes hardware and software equipment like protected file and replicating server, notebooks with fingerprint, CCTV system, system for systematic, treatment and control of information, network equipment with a high degree of protection, IP PBX with encryption and recording conversations, antivirus software, UPS, etc.
Establishing standard BDS EN ISO 27001:2007 and equipped with necessary technical resources required by the standard, Telenova Ltd. will provide its customers with quality and secure service and will be more competitive not only the Bulgarian, but on the European market also.
