Telenova Ltd was founded in 2003 from well educated and experienced IT and telecommunications engineers.

                In 2006, all the ProSoft’s telecom team has joined and took the control in the company, making remarkable efforts in firm’s growth. The huge experience (more than 10 years in state of the art telecom equipment business), already built customer database, collected all old customers to Telenova in a short time. In the same time the main product line becomes IP full/hybrid solutions of AASTRA France and GSM Gateways of Alphatech, Czech Republic.

Because of the experience, perfect product line, dynamic style and special approach to every customer, makes Telenova attractive for offices, companies, hotels, hospitals and everybody who needs from communications without compromises.

In the modern office of Telenova there is a technical center for remote diagnosis, management and support of the customer’s installed base, demo and test lab and sales department. The company has its own auto park.

The system integrated solutions and the direct touch with the producer, cut down the reaction time, that’s why more than 400 customers fro Bulgaria and abrouad have chosen Telenova.

Our main goal is to submit working and effective solutions for building customer’s telecommunications, also quality maintenance and after sales services.

In june 2008 we have covered al requirements of the quality standard ISO 2001:2000.

From the beginning of 2010, Telenova is the exclusive partner of polish producer of IP PBX’s – Platan – an unique combination between quality and price.

            From the second quarter of 2010, the company was chosen to be a partner of the most popular producers of hotel sets – Teledex and Telematrix
